A BRIEF WORD ABOUT OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing JockeyTack.com as your provider for high quality jockey and racing equipment. We ship orders to where ever there is racing, all over the world….every day. For domestic US orders an estimate will be provided by this site, as requested, before checkout. We use all major domestic carriers, so there may be a less expensive option than what is displayed or there may be a faster option for the same price.
We reserve the right to ship your order through a carrier other than the one you choose if a better rate and/or delivery time is available. If this is not acceptable to you, or if your order requires special handling please call us at 305-621-4741 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before or immediately after you place your order
Most orders placed by 2:00 PM EST are shipped the same day.
International customers are responsible for paying postage, even though postage will not be displayed on your invoice at check out.
Most international orders are shipped by USPS Express. For a rate quote please email a brief description of your order and your address to email@example.com. We will normally get back to you the same day.
JOCKEYTACK.COM RETURN POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you made return it for a full refund or exchange as long as the item being returned is in new condition. If your order included free shipping, the cost of shipping that item may be deducted from the refunded amount.
